Nepal

Nepal is a landlock country, physically located in South Asia, part of world’s largest continent Asia. Kathmandu is the the capital and the largest city of Nepal. Kathmandu is one of the three cities and districts, that makes Kathmandu valley. Other major cities are Dharan in the east central, Biratnagar in the south east, Pokhara in the central west. It is rich in water resource, second richest in water as per its area. Nepal is different from one part of the nation to the other, whether it be people, place or language. Nepali or Nepalese is the official language of the nation with the population of about 25million.
Southern part of Nepal is flat, called Terai, middle part is made of lower hills rising up to about 4000 meters and the northern part is high Himilayas rising up to 8,848 meters above the sea level, the highest point on earth from the sea level. The highest point is Mt Everest and the lowest point is Kechana, which is in Jhapa District in the Eastern Nepal. Nepal is divided into five development region, 14 zone and 75 districts, sharing its border with Sikkim, Gorkhaland, Uttar Khanda, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Tibet China.
Curreny of Nepal is called Nepalese Rupees, which is divided into 100 paise. People of Nepal are called Nepalese. Major economy is tourism and overseas employment.
