New King for Bhutan

Bhutan is a small isloated landlocked country in South Asia, located between India on the east, west and south and China on the north. Country with the population of around 600,000 has crowned it’s new king - Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk, 28 year old Oxford educated young bachelor, becoming the world’s youngest ruling monarch.
Young Wangchuk came to the throne of Bhutan after his father, former king of Bhutan, who is 52 years old decided to step down and to reform and modernise the nation which is still following old and traditional ways. Wangchuk Senior also ending absolute royal rule over the nation of Bhutan, had their first democratic elections for new parliment and prime minister, making Jigme KN Wangchuk the head of world’s newest democracy.
